APPEAL
THE Old Manse at Inverchaolain is the home of Clan Lamont where all our treasures history and archives are stored and where all clan business is conducted.
Visitors can browse and trace family history amidst the peaceful surroundings and are always guaranteed a warm welcome and cup of tea.
Alas Alas this beautiful old building which dates back to 1700 is getting tired although it has been completely refurbished in the last two years the roof has sprung a leak estimate for repairs is £18,000. The president and council are appealing to Clan Lamont members; friends of Clan Lamont and to LAMONT’S WORLDWIDE for financial help to repair the roof. Donations however small are welcome.
